Our Emerge Internship is designed to do life with others especially with those who you are serving with.

We will work hard in learning and serving but we also want you to enjoy by having fun, eating, going to the beach and hanging out.

We are committed to quarterly activity hangouts.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

Certificates of Completion will be awarded after successful completion in the following areas:

Ministry Standards

Above average ratings must be met, based on a variety of benchmarks in the areas of ministry, mission, education, curriculumm attendance, performance of tasks, and attitude.

Mentoring Standards

The ability to maintain a constellation-mentoring model will be evaluated as well as leadership in a Life Group, having healthy peer relationships for accountability, and meeting with a mentor on a consistent basis.

Attendance Standards

No more than 5 unexcused absences allowed per semester. (Excused absences include: pre-arranged excused personal absences. Vacation will be accepted.)
